AUTOMATED ASSEMBLY MACHINERY

PRESS FIT ASSEMBLY MACHINERY
Vertex designs and manufactures equipment for the Press Fit assembly of parts such as seats, guides and sealing plugs for a variety of components.
LASER ETCH MACHINERY
Our laser etching machines safely mark your components with serial numbers or QR codes for future traceability. Parts are loaded safely into the etching area with safety guarding protecting operators from the lasers.
ROBOTIC SEALANT MACHINES
Pre-programmed sealant paths dispensed via a robotic arm ensures the correct amount of sealant is used. Camera systems photograph and AI studies the sealant path to ensure the sealant beads meet specification, with images able to be uploaded to a Cloud for full traceability.
