Elbar Group establishes South East Lincs Engineering at the current site in Grantham. Production consisted purely of the remanufacture of Transit diesel engines for Ford Motor Company.
1997
South East Lincs Engineering was purchased by Fred Jones Corporation of America.
1998
Grantham site purchased by Aftermarket Technology Corporation (ATC) and changed name to Autocraft Industries UK.
2008
Company rebranded as ATC Drivetrain by US owners.
May 2010
Management Buy Out completed by Mike Hague-Morgan, Steve Harris and Brian Barr. Company re-born as Autocraft Drivetrain Solutions Limited with 98 jobs secured.

Purchased PTWA machine for spraying and recovery of cylinder blocks.

Autocraft exhibits for the first time at ReMaTec remanufacturing exhibition in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

Autocraft acquires the assets of a sub-contract machinist and fixture design and manufacturer in Birmingham, naming it Vertex Engineering Solutions Limited.

Autocraft Solutions Group is born following the purchase of Autocraft Machining Solutions in Wellingborough.
